Established design and engineering work in the early phase. Structured the cost estimation process, prepared scope and bill of quantities (BoQ), and issued requests for quotation (RfQ) while evaluating incoming bids. Responsible for all applications and building permits related to the initiation of preparatory works and the main contract. Planned and executed site preparation activities, including clearing, rock blasting, establishment of site facilities, and follow-up of archaeological investigations.Completed the cost estimate and presented it for the Final Investment Decision (FID). Delivered monthly reports and participated in steering committee (SteCo) meetings.
