On behalf of ABB, the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) provided by Statnett was further developed and priced in multiple phases to optimise resource allocation and project execution schedules. In parallel, we conducted studies of cost-saving solutions, which were submitted to the client for evaluation and potential incorporation into the revised scope.
