During the tender phase for Jordal Amfi, the development of a competitive and comprehensive proposal was led, with a focus on efficient solutions for arena design and technical systems. The objective was to ensure optimal cost efficiency, a strong spectator experience, and an operationally efficient venue. Through strategic coordination, value-driven design decisions, and clear commercial management, a project proposal was developed that combined quality, functionality, and sustainable operations.
