2018 - 2019

We established contact with the client, Falck Renewables, and in collaboration with Vestas, designed the solution for the wind farm. We led the tender team and maintained full oversight of the entire tendering process. We held primary responsibility for ensuring compliance with the company’s project execution requirements and the MTA plan, as well as managing cost estimates, schedules, and contract negotiations. During execution, we acted as the contractor’s main point of contact towards the client.
