We established contact with the client, Engie, and in collaboration with Siemens Gamesa, designed the solution for the wind farm. We led the tender team and maintained full oversight of the entire tendering process. We held primary responsibility for ensuring compliance with the company’s HSE policies and requirements, as well as managing cost estimates, schedules, and contract negotiations. During execution, we acted as the contractor’s main point of contact towards the client.
